Many items we offer are used, vintage, pre-owned, or lightly worn, and may exhibit signs of age, prior use, or wear. By completing a purchase, the buyer acknowledges and accepts the condition described in the product listing and agrees that normal wear consistent with age and use does not constitute damage or a defect. We offer a 60-day return window for eligible products, subject to the detailed conditions in this Policy.
2. Eligibility for Refunds:
You may be eligible for a refund if:

The damage results from mishandling, improper storage, or any cause not attributable to the shipping carrier.
3. Free Refund Conditions
If the product did not include free shipping at the time of purchase, you are eligible for a free refund (meaning the purchase amount will be refunded), but the buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. If the product included free shipping, the refund amount will be the purchase price minus outbound shipping costs, unless otherwise required by mandatory local consumer-protection laws.Return shipping must be paid upfront by the buyer. We do not provide prepaid shipping labels.
4. Return Shipping Requirements

All returned products must be shipped using a trackable and insured shipping method.

The buyer assumes all risk of loss or damage to the item during the return transit.

5. Items Damaged During Shipping
If the item arrives damaged: If the product arrives damaged as a direct result of the shipping carrier’s handling, the buyer is solely responsible for initiating, managing, and completing any insurance claim or damage dispute with the shipping provider. The Company will cooperate by providing documentation (e.g., receipts, shipment details, photos if available), but:

If the product is damaged after the buyer receives it:

Upon receiving a returned item, we will perform a detailed inspection to verify that:
