These details are inherent to the nature of vintage items and are not considered defects. High-resolution images and detailed descriptions are provided to accurately represent each piece.

Cultural & Legal Compliance:We adhere to international conventions and local laws regarding the sale and export of cultural property. All items are sourced legally, and we ensure compliance with relevant regulations in the EU, Canada, and the U.S.

Limitation of Liability: While we take utmost care in packaging and shipping, we are not liable for any damages occurring during transit. Customers are encouraged to inspect items upon receipt and report any issues promptly.

• Cooling-Off Period (EU Only): EU consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of receipt. To exercise this right, please notify us within this period. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility.

• Non-EU Customers: Returns are not accepted unless the item is damaged during shipping. In such cases, the transporter’s insurance will apply.

• Condition for Return: Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be accepted for return.
   

6. Warranty & Guarantees

• EU Consumers: In accordance with EU law, second-hand goods are covered by a minimum 2-year guarantee. However, this period may be reduced to no less than 1 year if agreed upon at the time of purchase.
